The conceptual master plan envisions 770 new homes of workforce housing for moderate and low-moderate income families. It reclaims neighborhood scaled blocks out of decimated brownfield sites and discontinued streets. Using housing as a stabilizing force for the community, it frees up waterfront property for later economic development projects.
