Each town home is afforded front door identity facing on the streets and the newly created courts, while the interlocking sectional design of the unit allows for direct and private access to the existing garage which remains hidden by the residences. The master plan for the project, currently under construction, was commended on its approval by the regional planning board for “...putting Palmer Square on the level of Rittenhouse Square and Georgetown...”
